This cartoon, of course, is in reference to orders by Fox "News" executives to cast doubt on global warming whenever possible (not the only way they've been caught slanting the news recently).
Coincidentally, a study released this week found that Fox "News" viewers are the most misinformed of any news consumers. Imagine that!
