Well, all this is interesting to me, anyway, and that's what matters here. The Internet is a terrible thing for someone like me, who finds almost everything interesting.

What's really the outrage here?
What's really funny is that this is a right-wing bill, a Republican bill. It's based on health care proposals of Republicans in the 1990s. Right-wing think tanks were proposing exactly this kind of bill as an alternative to the Bill Clinton plan. Heck, Mitt Romney pushed a similar bill through the Massachusetts legislature, when he was governor.
And I'll point out that two federal judges had already decided the bill was constitutional before the latest judge decided it wasn't (and, from what I hear, with some obvious errors of judgment). But as loony as our Supreme Court has become, I don't expect good judgment or respect for precedence from them. Well, that's what happens when your judicial system becomes politicized.
