Well, all this is interesting to me, anyway, and that's what matters here. The Internet is a terrible thing for someone like me, who finds almost everything interesting.

Sharia law, Republican law, what's the difference?
I think Old Testament thinking is still alive and well in modern times. Fundamental Islamic laws remind me of everything I've read in the old Testament. And Republican thinking hasn't evolved past the book of Deuteronomy - they want to stone everyone for every little reason.
It's funny how all the conservatives claim to be Christians but none of them seem to have any compassion, forgiveness or generosity.
Conservatives all want to be Moses, and none of them want to be Christ.
