This is a followup to that
video clip I originally posted from
The Daily Show, about Lowes pulling their advertising from the "reality TV" show
All-American Muslim, because of the complaints by some Christian loons that the show "advances Islamic fundamentalism."
How does it advance Islamic fundamentalism? Well, by not being a show about Islamic fundamentalism, of course. Heh, heh. Seriously, that seemed to be the whole argument.
So I thought this was pretty funny. It looks into the background of David Caton, the founder of the Florida Family Association and the instigator of that complaint.
Somehow, I'm not too surprised to hear that he's a porn addict. Excuse me,
former porn addict. After all, he clearly has a screw loose
somewhere.
Cenk and Ana are right. These people who are so concerned about
your moral life generally have issues in their
own. Generally speaking, they're just overcompensating for their own weaknesses and perceived failures by trying to dictate to others.
