Give me that old-time religion

Is freedom of religion an individual right, or only another way for corporate executives to run the lives of their employees?

This question is coming up before the Supreme Court, and given the makeup of the court (five far-right Republicans, all Catholic) and past rulings (corporations are just people, my friend), I wouldn't be too optimistic.
