Thanks, Jeff. I'd already seen that, but it certainly is painful, isn't it? I can't really argue with any of it, either.
Admittedly, I see a long painful decline from when the Republican Party first adopted its "Southern strategy" of deliberately wooing white racists, rather than anything caused by more recent events. Seen that way, Trump is the most Republican of all Republicans.
