All about that base - Star Wars parody

You know, I'm really not a huge fan of Star Wars. So why do I keep coming across these musical parodies?

This one doesn't have Princess Leia, but it's still a lot of fun, don't you think?

There are various levels of professionalism (and fandom) on YouTube, and some of them are little more than an attractive woman in a Princess Leia costume. (Here, for example.) But that generally works for me. Heh, heh.

Seriously, I like the fact that ordinary people can create videos like this. Well, 'ordinary people' with talent, at least. But even people without much talent can make the attempt, and I like that.

I only post the videos I especially like, but I like the fact that it's democratic. Of course, you have to be willing to take a lot of abuse, no matter how talented you are. It is YouTube. That's the downside.; October 29, 2016 at 12:11 PM
