The best emotional porn

Don't let the word "porn" stop you - or excite you, for that matter. This is simply making a point.

Edit: Two weeks later, YouTube removed this video, apparently considering it "religiously offensive." It's still available, though. Check out my post here.

3-3-2012 Edit: And now it's back again. According to this video, after widespread objections, YouTube backed off. Remaining alert and defending free speech does work.

Bill Garthright said...: Thunderf00t (note the zeros, instead of letters, in the last part of that) is well-known in skeptic circles for his YouTube videos. He has 154,000 subscribers to his channel and has apparently uploaded 305 videos since 2006.

He tends to get into fights with creationists, among others. If you're curious, check out his page on the RationalWiki.

As to who he is, well, his real name was outed by a Muslim YouTube opponent (one of those people who don't take criticism well), and he's apparently a scientist, but I've never really cared about his life story.
