Speaking of "God," he's also a prankster. I love this scene from "The Devil's Advocate." Al Pacino was definitely on his "A" game!!

And thanks for the Al Pacino clip. I never saw the movie, though. Despite that scene, doesn't it pretty well follow standard Christian mythology?

I'd prefer His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman. But they only got one of those books filmed, and even then they apparently watered down the anti-religious message. (Admittedly, I didn't see The Golden Compass, either, so I can't say from personal experience.); April 1, 2013 at 10:23 AM
