I blogged about this on Saturday, but I was still glad to see Stephen Colbert's take on it. Yes, giving Rick Santorum a microphone is a great place to start, if you plan to appeal only to dumb people.

However, I really don't think the Republican Party has been trying to appeal to smart people for a long time now.
