No, there is no joy in Mudville at Bullshit Mountain,... and that fills me with glee! I'm going to keep posting these video clips of the meltdown at Fox 'News' as long as I can find them. Indeed, I want them on a continual loop at my funeral (not for awhile yet, I hope).

Besides the obvious, that the lying bastards at Fox deserve every political calamity that comes to them, there's the complete failure, once again, of faith-based thinking. Forget all that "scientific gobbledegook," right? Because Stuart Varney, and all the other right-wing activists on Fox, just had faith that Mitt Romney would win.

(I might point out that Dick Morris, for one, has a perfect record now. As far as I can tell, he's never been right about anything in his entire life. No doubt that's why he has a secure job as a political pundit on Bullshit Mountain.)

And what did you think about Megyn Kelly asking Karl Rove, "Is this just math you do to make Republicans feel better?" That was pretty good, don't you think? I really didn't know she had it in her. Is there a rational person somewhere deep, deep inside Megyn Kelly, struggling to get out? We can only hope.

Then there's Bill O'Reilly, who's even more disgusting than usual. Right, the problem is that there aren't enough white people in America. It's not a 'traditional' (i.e. white) America anymore. And all those colored folks just want handouts. Well, after all, this is the Republican Party they've built from that notorious Southern strategy of deliberately wooing white racists.

But as Jon Stewart says, "What an incredible story to tell yourselves. 'We would have won, if it weren't for the moral failings of the non-real America.' ... Fox lost because, last night, minorities who feel entitled to 'things' came and took the country away from the self-sufficient, white Medicare retirees and upper-class tax avoidance experts, or as they're also known,... your audience."

The show continues in this clip:

Did you catch Steve Doocy's inane comment? (I should point out that inane comments seem to be his specialty, although he does have a lot of competition at Fox.) "The numbers from the exit polling seem to kind of mirror, or parrot, the mainstream media."

In other words, the election results were very similar to what the polling data of the mainstream media has been forecasting with their godless 'math,' instead of what these right-wing activists' faith-based guts have been telling them. Gee, how in the world can we explain that?

But anyway, it's not just "the voters' inexplicable decision to be less white," as Stewart puts it, but the ruthless Obama smear machine, too. Heh, heh. Yeah, and remember, this is Fox News! How could Obama be so impolite to Mitt Romney? After all, Republicans would certainly never stoop so low...

That's plenty funny enough as it is, but then Jon Stewart shows clips from the Republican primary! Do you see why I think this is just about the funniest thing ever?

And then to have Fox 'News' complaining about how "divisive" Barack Obama has been! Again, it was Steve Doocy who took the inanity to a whole new level: "Let's hope that a lesson has been learned and that he surprises us with some moderation."

Yeah, Fox, let's hope that Obama has learned his lesson from winning this election and that he becomes more moderate. Heh, heh. You can't make this stuff up! Well, I suppose you could, but it's funnier when it's true, don't you think? Oh, I'm just loving this!

Finally, I should point out how the fiction that Fox is a news network, rather than the propaganda arm of the Republican Party, gets real thin at times like this. They don't even bother to pretend otherwise when they're bawling their eyes out, do they?

OK, I'll leave you with a cartoon that didn't make the cut yesterday:

As I mentioned to you, I switched the TV over to Fox as soon as they called Ohio for Obama, so I got to see the whole thing live!

There I was, sitting all alone watching the returns, laughing like crazy at Karl Rove try to make it not so! That was the most fun I've had on election night for a long time.

The talking heads guarding the inhabitants of Bullsh*t Mountain from rejoining the world of the sane just won't budge an inch will they? Fox News is a propaganda machine which dumbs down America by the day through disinformation and their slanted agendas. See their anchors spewing forth feces from their mouths in my visual homage to the network on my artist’s blog at

Lucky you!

But I'm still not sure I'd be willing to watch Fox 'News' just for the chance of seeing something like that...

Heh, heh. You make me seem mild-mannered and gentlemanly, Brandt!

Or maybe it's just that I'm more willing to say the word, "bullshit," rather than see it smeared all over someone's face. Now, how do I burn that image out of my mind? :)
